Furthermore, as a guest you can experience high quality traditional dishes at restaurant Le Carnotzet. For drinks and bites there is Le Bar Lounge that serves great cocktails, some brasserie classics and finger-food. The terrace or 'La Terrasse Valaisanne' as it's officially named is something else. You will find warm firepits, sheep-fur blankets and a compact menu that serves everything you need like oysters, a 'raclette' cheese selection, dried meats or even crepes. All is served with a genuine smile and one of Crans-Montana's best views.

The building is has the shape of a mountain and really stands out in the village skyline. Le Crans Ambassador can even be considered an icon in Crans-Montana's high end hotel scene.
The hotel is located so close to the ski-lift and slopes that we consider it to be a ski-in/ski-out property but do know that a few steps are to be takes to reach the lift station (approximately 50 meters). The hotel comes with its own indoor ski shop offering you the latest material for renting ski's boots and boards. They also offer the best ski apparel and more.

The village of Crans is widely know as Crans Montana but in fact these two adjacent places are two separate villages although they share the same benefits like the perfect sun soaked angle at high altitude. This means you can have your lunch outside even at the colder days in the season.
