The submission of your request does not guarantee automatic acceptance of your hotel into the AlpineBooker Collection however, our hotel professionals will carefully review each application contact you within 1 business day.

Is my Booking guaranteed?

When you finalize your booking by clicking 'Confirm Booking,' rest assured that your reservation is guaranteed and processed in realtime. We understand the importance of giving you a moment to gather any additional information needed, so we hold the room for you for 20 minutes after selection.

Your room is secured once you confirm the booking, and your card may be charged immediately. In some cases, only a deposit is reserved. It's important to note that certain hotels may not require an immediate (pre)payment at all. We strongly advise reviewing the deposit and cancellation policy displayed before confirming your booking.

To access your booking itinerary, head to 'My Bookings' in your account after completing the booking process.

For manual bookings, AlpineBooker offers a secure payment process. You will receive a payment link through our trusted partner Mollie, or you can opt for a direct transfer to our bank account, which belongs to our parent company, The Booker Company BV . Following the payment, you will promptly receive your booking confirmation and proof of payment, ensuring a seamless and secure booking experience with AlpineBooker.


Can I cancel my booking?

Absolutely, you have the flexibility to cancel your booking unless you've opted for a room with a special rate. These rates, indicated as 'Best available rate, cancellation not possible' or 'Non-refundable rate,' offer a reduced rate but come with a strict no-cancellation policy.

For other room types, the cancellation policy is specified during the second step of the 2-step booking process. It's important to note that the cancellation policy is set by the hotel and is not adjustable in any way.
