  • The location is unique as the property is located in Aschau, a little hamlet uphill of Kaltenbach next to the downhill slope giving you an easy access to the main ski area of Hoch Zillertal.

  • The idea for your stay is that it will be very easy going, do not lift a finger as your staff will do this for you, if you want to. Your personal maid will do your shopping for you while you enjoy your day in the mountains and if you don't feel like cooking just ask you private chef to do this for you. However you can choose to do all this yourself.

  • The Chalets come in three different styles known as romantic-, hunter- or sport chalet. All chalets are designed with great taste, well equipped and very spacious. They each have a balcony that's more like a great terrace for afternoon drinks, tanning or both.

  • On arrival day you will find a fully stocked pantry with food for your stay. Fresh baked rolls and croissants can be delivered to you doorstep each morning so no need to worry about going to the bakery or even leaving the house if you are plan to stay inn.

  • Housekeeping service will visit your chalet on a daily basis so you will find yourself in a clean chalet each day.
