Zürs or Zuers is actually well known for its exclusive hotels, high altitude and great skiing. The town is located in the centre of the Vorarlberg ski-region and with its micro climate that brings lots of snow each season, it is one of the most snow secure places in Austria. There are hardly any shops as the town primarily consists of exclusive hotels and luxury apartments. For great shopping, the lovely town of Lech is only a 5 minute drive away.
